I have a crossbar option for you. Unfortunately, the only van racks we carry for your 2017 Chevy Express van are only gutter-mount applications. We do not carry any roof racks that are confirmed to fit your fixed mounting points on your roof.
With that being said, I recommend the SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack - Round Bars - Vacuum Cup Mount - 48" Long # 298-SX6000B. The Monkey Bars come with an impressive 150-pound maximum weight capacity and a 1,260 pound pull strength. I went ahead and attached a video that shows the true strength of the vacuum cups. Since the diameter of the round crossbars are 1-1/4", they are compatible with many clamp-on accessories.
For theft deterrence, I recommend using the SeaSucker window anchor # 298-BA0010 along with the etrailer Cable Lock # e98891.
