Question:
I have the DEHCO 82H09-CHRG on my brand new Plateau TS. How do get the faucet spray to fully retract? SN

We do not have DEHCO parts so I can't say for certain how it works. However I do know that units like that will have a weight attached to the hose or it will have some kind of tension. You can see an example of the weight I am talking about on the linked unit below.
**Phoenix Faucets Hybrid RV Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull Down Spout - Single Lever Handle - Brushed Nickel # PF231461.
So if it will not fully retract I would look underneath where the hose it connected and see if the weight is getting caught on something or coming to rest to soon on a random item under the sink. Since this is a brand new unit I highly suspect that this is the case and you just need to clear some space for it underneath or give it a little tug to make sure there isn't a kink in the line. If it continues to give you problems I recommend contacting the dealer who sold it to you and see about a solution from them.
