If I purchase: Kuat Beta - Folding 2 Bike Aluminum Rack for 1-1/4 Trailer Hitches - Gunmetal Gray What bike rack lock hitch lock would work with this product?

The hitch lock that you need for the Kuat Beta - 1-1/4" # B202-114 is the Hitch Lock for Kuat Bike Racks - 1-1/4" Hitches # HL1. This is designed to work especially with the Beta's 1-1/4" shank. For protection of the bikes, I recommend using the etrailer Cable Lock # e98891 and looping it through your bikes and wrapping it around the rack.
