The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11368 is designed to fit the 2014-2018 Kia Forte Sedan. If you compare it to the Curt # C11395 which fits the 2014-2018 Kia Forte5 Hatchback you can see that the bracket on the driver side is shorter. So, although they look similar, these have a different design to fit different frame styles.
If you need a hitch for your 2015 Kia Forte5 the only option would be the # C11395. This is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. This hitch has a visible cross tube and a gloss black powder coat finish. It has a bolt-on installation and come with a limited lifetime warranty.
