I have an answer for you. Since you have Thule AeroBlades that measure 36-38" wide and the Rightline Gear Sport Jr. # RL100S50, that leaves only 6-8 inches for the kayak carrier. We unfortunately do not have a kayak carrier option that is compatible with 6-8 inches of crossbar space.
With that being said, the only way to transport a kayak carrier like the Thule Hull-a-Port # TH849000 is to remove the Sport Jr. from the rack. If you still want a bit of roof-top storage space, you can always get a slimmer bag like the Rightline Gear Car Top Duffel Bag - Waterproof - 4.3 cu ft - 36" x 16" x 13" # RL100D90. With this bag, you will have plenty of room for the kayak carrier.
