How To Transfer Old B&W Companion Hitch to New Ford Super Duty with Factory Tow Prep Package
Question:
Will my BandW companion non puck work in my new f350 with the gooseneck/5th wheel prep puck system?

Expert Reply:
What I think you are stating is that you currently have the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # BWRVK3500-5W that mounts to the above bed ISR rails. And you are asking about fitting it into a new tow vehicle, a later model Ford Super Duty that has the OEM puck system. If I am following correctly, yes you can swap the hitch head out to be placed into the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Super Duty, # BWRVB3300 and this will drop directly into the four pucks on any 2011 or newer Ford Super Duty truck with the OEM prep package.
