Lippert Auto Leveling System 'Function Is Disabled' Troubleshooting
Question:
I get a error message when I press right and left buttons to reconnect the truck to the rv. How do I fix this error? The error says that the function is disabled.

If you're getting the "Error" message on the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad and Remote # LC358590, then it could be a number of possibilities.
It could've been caused if you took the unit off the truck and pressed auto-level, and the unit didn't register that the trailer was nose high., or, after auto-level was pressed, you adjusted the level on the trailer.
To reset, you're going to need to go into manual mode and press retract, and then press and hold rear to retract the rear. Then, press and hold front, to raise the front high enough to back your truck into. Next, press retract again, and press and hold front to lower the front. Once the trailer is hooked back up, hold front to finish retracting, and turn the pad off.
