You need the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 13456 for your 2016 Land Rover LR4. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C13052 does not fit your vehicle. It is for a 2008 - 2015 Land Rover LR2.
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 13456 is a confirmed fit for 2016 Land Rover LR4. It bolts to your frame with included hardware. It has a maximum gross trailer weight of 6,000 lbs which jumps up to 8,000 lbs when you use a weight distribution system. It has a maximum tongue weight of 600 lbs which goes up to 800 lbs when used with a weight distribution system. You should verify your Land Rover's towing capacity by calling your local dealership and having them run your VIN.
If you need a ball mount and ball, I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
