How many wires do I need to the thermostat and does it need its own 12 V sauce

The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner w/ Air Distribution Box and Wall Thermostat, # ADV44FR has four wires to thermostat. Purple connects to B position, blue to A, with red being the needed 12VDC and gray to COM.

My question is how would you install the wiring in the wall and ceiling for a second AC in the bedroom of a GD Reflection M-295RL, is a wireless stat available? Thanks, Randy Scott
