Since your 2014 Jayco Jay Feather Ultra Lite Travel Trailer should weigh around 3,500-4,500lbs I recommend the Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Jack - 18" Lift - 3,500lbs # UF38-944017. This jack extends 6" in 25.3 seconds at 1,000lbs of tongue weight, to give you a bit of a speed reference. At max weight your trailer would at most have 450lbs of tongue weight.
It has an easy bolt-on or weld-on installation for A-frame trailers, hardware not included, with the distance between the mounting holes center to center being 3". The zerk fitting on the lower stem assembly allows access to grease the threaded rod which leads to a longer jack life and overall better performance. Dual side lights make it simple to set up your camper at night and the emergency, ratchet-style crank socket will allow you to operate your jack in the event of a dead battery.
While this jack does have a protective casing I do still recommend getting the Ultra-Fab Protective Cover for Electric A-Frame Jacks - Vinyl - 10-1/2" x 13-3/4" # UF38-944020 as well to help prevent the elements from wearing the lifespan of your jack down prematurely.
