I pulled an online copy of the owner's manual for your 2015 Whitewater Retro 181B, and found that they don't specifically mention where the fuse box is located. I can't tell you exactly where it is, but I can steer you in the right direction...
Generally speaking, the RV obtains power from 3 different sources, from the on-board batteries, from 120V shore power and from the tow vehicle passed through the trailer connector. All this will typically run through the power center, which will look something like our part # PD4135K which will usually combine the circuit breakers for the 120V shore power and the 12V power from the onboard batteries and from the tow vehicle.
The power center will usually be located in close proximity to the batteries, and can many times be found mounted in the wall under the refrigerator, or under the platform the bed is mounted on.
