The Pace Edwards Switchblade Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover - Aluminum and Vinyl - Black, part # 311-SWFA30A61, does not lock. The integrated pull strap is underneath the tonneau cover, so when your tailgate is locked you cannot retract the tonneau cover. Since it has an aluminum shell underneath the vinyl, you cannot cut the top of the tonneau cover to gain access to your truckbed.
