The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers - Stainless Steel - Rear Axle item # AL89398 are a confirmed fit for your 2007 Ford F-350 Super Duty and are compatible with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # BWGNRK1108. They use the same bolt hole on the frame to install both. You will want to use the one from the B&W kit to attach your air bags.

Since your truck has a 3" lift you are going to need a spacer. For a 3" lift you will want the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL Qty 2 item # AL52420.
