Bolt-On Trailer Hitch Receiver For Vanleigh Vilano Trailer

I have asked Vanleigh about this but not getting an answer. I have a 2020 Vanleigh Vilano 370GB. I want to put a receiver hitch under or in front of the rear bumper to use for a bike rack. It has tabs on either side 72 inches apart with predrilled holes 8 inches on center. I would like a bolt on application. Suggestions?
