Weight Distribution Shank for a 2022 Ram 2500 Using a Husky Centerline TS Weight Distribution System
Question:
I have a 2022 Ram 2500 truck. The top of the receiver measures 25 1/2. The Airstream trailer coupler measures 18 1/2. It is a 27foot trailer. I have a Husky Center Line TS Weight Distribution system. I need a 2 1/2inch - 14inch shank with sufficient space to lower my hitch ball about 9. Please let me know which hitch you recommend. Thanks.

The Curt Weight Distribution Shank # C17124 would be 13" long and provide 9" of drop since your weight distribution system is trunnion style. This also fits a 2" shank so you would need a hitch reducer sleeve like the B&W Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeve # BWRHXA2182 which would allow you to use the 2" shank in your 2-1/2" hitch.
We do not have a shank that does everything you are looking for, this is the closest we had to the 14" long with 9" drop that you are looking for.
