Troubleshooting Lipper Ground Control 4 Point System.

Question:

There is an antenna on the box but I cannot get the remote to connect. I cannot find a button to push to sync. Also the LCD panel on the controller says Reconnect Disabled. How do I get this to work with remote. This is a 4 point system.

I have a solution for you.

The Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad and Remote - 4-Point Set # LC358590 having a 4 point system can be touchy.

Orientation is imperative for proper operation of the system. Make sure the ground control module has the proper side facing down. The remote sensor will need to be in the correct position/orientation too. They both will have labels that say, this side down or this side up, on them.

Make sure the front of your RV is level and not to low. If the auto level sequence was started with the front of the unit in a below-level condition, the Hitch Recognition will not function and the LCD will display “Feature Disabled.” In order for hitch recognition feature to function, the auto level sequence MUST be started with the front of the unit above level.

If this does not help reply back with a picture of the error code and any new information and we can keep troubleshooting.
