I have a great solution to mount your AVENN roof basket on your bare-roofed 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab. While we do carry traditional roof racks for your vehicle, they do require drilling for installation. For that route, I recommend the Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack for Camper Shells - 59" # Y02-490B.

Not only does this system come with adjustable crossbars that you can mount anywhere on the tracks, it also provides your roof with 209 pounds of maximum weight capacity. As with all roof rack systems, I recommend consulting with your owner's manual to make sure your roof can accommodate that much weight. Since I do not have the specific specs on your AVENN roof basket, I recommend you confirm with your basket's owner's manual to make sure your basket can clamp around aero crossbars that measure 3-1/2" wide x 1-1/2" tall.
