Does the Thule EasyFold XT Come With Lock for the Rack

I have a 2 inch receiver. Does the rack hitch have a pin with a lock so someone cant take the rack while out riding around.

The Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 has bike and hitch locks to help deter theft of both. The lock doubles as the anti-rattle device and is located on the shank of the rack as you can see in the attached photo as well as the review video.
