it says brackets are included but how do I install it to new countertop?

For the LaSalle Bristol Single Bowl RV Kitchen Sink, # 34413M111 you have 2 installation options. Installing as a drop-in (or self-rimming) and undermount option. Because you are not replacing an existing sink, a hole 1/4" smaller than the overall diameter of the sink must be cut in the counter top.
If you choose to do a drop-in installation, you'll simply need to drop the sink into place and secure it to the counter using the included brackets and wing nuts. Mounting studs however are not included, but can be easily sourced from a local hardware store. For undermount installation, you'll mount the sink from below the counter and attach it with the perimeter lip.
