2022 Ram 3500 Dually Truck Bed Step Recommendation to Reach 5th Wheel Hitch

I was ready to pull the trigger on the HDX Nerf Bars Item # W24RV but after reviewing the item on the Manufacturers website, the product does not work with a dually, which I guess makes sense. Are there any wheel to wheel nerf options for Duallys or a combination of products that will make it easier to get into the cab as well as the truck bed? I need to reach the companion 5th wheel hitch locking mechanism I purchased from you last month ITEM # BWRVK3600. The hitch is awesome by the way...now just need a way to reach it, RV hanging over the back of bed will preclude a rear mounted step.

That you for your purchase of the B&W Companion # BWRVK3600 for your 2022 Ram 3500 long bed!
I have some alternative step solutions for you to be able to reach the release handle for the Companion without climbing into the bed of your pickup, but you are correct that none of the full length nerf bars like the HDX Nerf Bars # W24RV you referenced will fit with the dual wheels due to the design of the truck body.
An option that I know will work is the Powerbuilt Adjustable Wheel Step # ALL647596. This uses a bracket that sits on your tire so you don't have to guess about fitment. The only downside to this option is having to install, remove, and store it.
Some alternative options that install permanently include the Carr Flat Mount Mega Step, Mechanical Matte # CARR190001 or Black # CARR190001B, and the Carr Hide Away Step # CARR501030. These options are universal applications that require you to make some modifications to your truck.
