How Does Head of B and W Companion Fifth Wheel Hitch Remove from Body

How do I remove the top portion of the hitch to make it lighter for one man removal?

On either side of the B and W Companion Hitch Head part # BWRVK3500 there are pins that will need to get removed to remove the head of the hitch. Basically you just need to pull off the cotter pins and then pull out the pins and the hitch will come off as you pull up on the side handles.
