It sounds like you currently have a hitch like the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter - 20,000 lbs # AM3200 and you won't have enough space after adding the auxiliary fuel tank. Assuming that is the case, the only option you have is to switch out your pin box.

You can use something like the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY58GR you looked at, assuming you have a Lippert 1621 or 1621 HD pin box on your 2021 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS.

However, in order to avoid any potential warranty issues, I would recommend the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter # RP85FR instead.

The # RP85FR will fit if you have a Lippert 0719, 1621, or 1621HD. If you have the Lippert 0115, 1116, or 1716 you would need the # RP94716-61301 instead. Any of these will allow you to tow your 5th wheel using the gooseneck hitch like the # BWGNXA2062 with your 2021 Ram 3500,providing you with additional room in the bed of your truck.

If you aren't sure which pin box you have, look for the sticker on the pin box identifying it. If the sticker is worn or missing, you can contact the manufacturer with your vin number. If neither of those works, you will have to measure your bolt pattern to find out which pin box you currently have.

I have attached some review and installation videos, along with an article explaining how to measure the bolt pattern on your pin box for your reference.
