Why Am I Not Getting Power in My Camper when Using a 7-Way with a 2022 Toyota Highlander?

I had a new 7 pin installed with brake controller and there is no power to my camper. This is a 2022 Highlander.

I apologize about your issue! The most common issue with no power is either a blown fuse on the power wire, a bad ground, or frayed/pinched/crossed wiring on the power line. The first thing you need to do is test the power pin on the end of your 7-way of your 2022 Highlander. If you receive power there, we know that the issue is with the camper. I went ahead and linked a help article that includes typical pin layouts on a vehicle side and the camper side with a 7-way.
In order to test your connections, I recommend getting voltage reading with a detector like the # PTW2993.
