The Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30868 will work with Reese Elite Series and Signature Series 5th-wheel hitches and any 5th wheel hitch designed to fit the Ford OEM prep package (the # RP30868 is the same configuration as the Ford prep package).
The correct hitch for you will depend on the bed length of your truck. If you have a 6-1/2' bed then you will want a sliding hitch like the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider # BWRVK3370. If you have an 8' bed then the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3300 would be what you are looking for. I recommend the B&W hitches because they are made and sourced in the USA, have a limited lifetime warranty and are an all around great-reliable hitch.
You also have the option to use the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter # RP30156 which would allow you to use a hitch that attaches to Industry Standard Rails. Which ever route you choose to go, I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C56000. This will make hooking up your 5th wheels wiring easier by moving a 7-way connector into the bed of your truck, while retaining use of the factory 7-way at the rear of your Sierra.
