The Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13703 is a universal hitch and will fit box frame, C-channel frame, or I-beam frames that are 22" - 72" wide. I'm not sure what your 2021 Keystone Passport 219BH has or how far apart the frame is but you should be able to figure that out fairly easily if you get under your camper with a tape measure.
If you measure something that is not within the 22" - 72" range please let me know what you find and I'll be more than happy to make a different recommendation for you. I've attached a video for you to check out as well.
