The etrailer Hitch # e98855 and the Curt Hitch # C13370 for your 2022 Honda Odyssey are essentially the same hitch except the etrailer has a matte black finish and the Curt has a gloss black finish.
These hitch provide 11 inches of ground clearance from the ground to the lower lip of the receiver tube and 3 inches from the center of the pinhole to the outward face of your bumper. This measurement is important when considering the shank length of your hitch-mounted accessories to make sure you have enough length to clear the bumper.
When all said, and done, I recommend the etrailer # e98855. If you need a wiring harness to complete the setup, the part you need is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness - 4-Way # 118781.
