Yes, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 76268 will fit your 2022 Acura RDX's trim piece. I have attached a picture to show you what this hitch will look like installed on your vehicle. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly onto your RDX with included hardware. It does not require any drilling or welding.
If you are hauling a trailer you will need a wiring harness to control your trailer's lighting functions. I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118800. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located in the rear cargo area. It installs without cutting or splicing wires to provide you with a 4-flat connector.
To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534.
