2017 Chevy Traverse Troubleshooting No Power for T-One Trailer Wiring
Question:
Good evening. I’m having difficulties with my wiring. I have Item # 118271 and I have checked all connections I have checked all fuses and I still not getting any lights or power indicator when I’m testing it. I’m using a four prong tester in the converter from the the prong. Please help as I’m loosing patience.

The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118271 does come with all of the fuses and relays for your 2017 Chevy Traverse, but if all of those look good I'm wondering if the issue is on your vehicle side. It's definitely possible that it could be the T-One wiring but I recommend using a circuit tester like part # PTW2991 to see if the locations for the fuses are actually passing the power for the circuit.
If nothing is happening at the fuse/relay positions then you'll need to take your Traverse in to a GM dealer to have it checked out, but if you do have power then you need to take the tester and test the pins at the back of your vehicle where you plugged in the T-One wiring.
Attached is a review video of the circuit tester showing how to test the fuses under your hood.
