If you have sagging when using the GearSpace 34 # HGK826 on your 2022 Mercedes Sprinter 3500, the first thing to do is to make sure that you are abiding by the weight capacity of the carrier and the hitch itself. The carrier has a weight capacity of 300 pounds, so it is important to make sure that you are not overloading the carrier. Secondly, it is important that you don't overload the hitch itself. Since the GearSpace 34 weighs 160 pounds, that weight needs to be added to the weight of your cargo in order to get the sum of all weight.
If you still find that you are getting sag after checking the weight capacities, I recommend installing the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-338-47. The SumoSprings will help take the load off of your factory suspension and help reduce the sag that you are experiencing. They will even work great when you have the GearBox 34 removed from the hitch. They are maintenance free once the springs are installed on your Sprinter. These particular springs are compatible with your 2-wheel drive model.
