2020 BMW X5 Trunk Mount Bike Rack Recommendation for 3 Bikes

Question:

trying to select a trunk bike rack compatible for my SUV BMW X5 2020. Planning to use it for two-3 bikes max hybrid adult and medium size kids . appreciate recommendations.

I recommend using the Yakima FullBack 3 Bike Rack # Y02633 for carrying 2-3 bikes with your 2020 BMW X5. The FullBack is easily one of my favorite trunk mount racks because of how easy it is to use and install. This rack also comes with locks for the bikes and rack so you can have some peace of mind if you need to make a pit stop.

When installing the FullBack you'll need to put the hooks in anchor mode. I'm attaching a clip from the instructions for you to reference as well as an install video I did on a 2020 Audi Q7 where I demonstrate this. Please note that you'll need to use an Adapter Bar # Y02531 if any of your bikes don't have a horizontal top tube.

You'll want to remove this rack when it isn't in use because prolonged continuous use can damage your spoiler.
