Recommended Factory Looking Running Boards/Nerf Bars for 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTD
Question:
How far below the floorboard is the step surface ? How wide are the steps ? What is the area right below the step, the area that the stamped and welded flanges are attached to ? What is the weight rating ? What I am looking for is the closest thing to the below attached factory units that I can get.

The Westin Outlaw Nerf Step Bars part # 58-54135 which are a fit for a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTD will sit pretty much directly under the cab, there is little to no space between the bottom of the body and top of the step. I have attched a photo to try and show this better. The steps are 5-1/2" wide from outside to outside.
Unfortunately, Westin does not provide weight capacities for their running boards or nerf bars but I would say 300 lbs is a safe guess.
