The etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plates # e44ZR you referenced can be compatible with your 2014 Honda CR-V, you'll just need to use compatible base plates. This tow bar was designed specifically to be compatible with crossbar-style Roadmaster base plates, so you would need the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-521567-4.
This tow bar features telescoping arms and non-binding latches to make connecting/disconnecting on any terrain a breeze. It has an adjustable head that tilts up or down 3" and a shank that has a built-in 1-1/2" rise or drop for additional adjustability to keep the tow bar parallel with road while towing. It also includes safety cables so you won't have to purchase any separately.
To tow your 2014 Honda CR-V you'll also need a tow bar wiring kit and braking system. If you haven't purchased these items already then I have the following recommendations for you:
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit allows you to use your Honda CR-V's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV.
Since you have separate lighting, this kit will cause your brake lights to function as both brake and turn signal lights. A wiring converter # 118158 and 2 additional diodes # RM-792 will be needed if you want to retain separate turn and brake signals.
Breaking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This system offers intense, emergency braking or steady, smooth braking in a single portable system. Easily switch between proportional or full braking using the included remote from the comfort of your motorhome's cab. The included charge line kit will also keep your CR-V's battery charged while you tow.
Note: Fuses will need to be pulled to safely tow your vehicle. You'll want to review your owner's manual for the correct fuses to pull and follow any other procedures listed in the manual.
If your owner's manual says to only pull the #19 ACC radio fuse, use part # RM76511; if it states to pull the #19 ACC radio fuse and the #20 ACC key lock fuse, use part # RM76512. These FuseMaster bypasses will make it as easy as flipping a switch to disconnect these fuses so you won't have to physically remove and reinsert them.
