Will Using the Ranch Hitch Adapter Allow a Truck to Still Tow Regular Gooseneck Trailers

Want to make sure this setup will haul goose neck as well as fifth wheel TRAILERS

The Ranch Hitch # AM3100 secures to a 5th wheel trailer king pin and will allow you to tow a 5th wheel trailer with a gooseneck trailer hitch. So if all you have is a gooseneck trailer hitch and you wanted to pull a 5th wheel trailer, you would use this adapter. I also recommend safety chains # AM3109.

Using the adapter does not modify the gooseneck hitch in the truck at all so you will be able to still tow gooseneck trailers as well. I have included a link to our FAQ article showing other adapters.
