I recommend the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier w/ 2" Receiver Opening # RM-195225 for your 2002 Gulf Stream Conquest BT Cruiser Motorhome. There is one measurement I would like you to check as I know you mentioned that your receiver pin hole is 5-1/2" from the receiver opening. It looks like your receiver end is recessed behind the rear cap of your RV. This carrier has the center hitch pin hole measurement of 8-3/4" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the upright for the spare tire. This will determine if this carrier will fit.
The built in 2" receiver is capable of supporting up to 400lbs for your bike carrier. Be sure to use a carrier that is rated for use behind a motorhome like the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack # HLY84FR. This particular rack can support 2 bikes up to 80lbs each and only weighs 54lbs itself.
