Will this system work with a 2013 ram 1500 with the new air ride suspension?

You will need to look at your rear suspension and determine if the area where the Timbren springs # TDR1500DQ install is clear and matches the pictures on the product page and the video I have linked. Basically, these springs install in place of the factory jounce bumper right next to a coil spring (as seen in the video). That is the area that needs to be clear to install the Timbren springs.
