For the best sliding 5th wheel hitch that fits your 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the OEM prep package you want the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider # BWRVK3370. This hitch features a 1" thick dual jaw and a cam-action latching handle. The jaw securely wraps around the king pin giving you a safe and quieter ride.
The non-binding cam-action handle allows for a quick and easy release of the jaws on the hitch. This also works on uneven terrain. The hitch uses durable polyurethane bushings and has a fully articulating head. It has a gray powder coat finish and is made in the USA.
I have attached an installation video for your reference.
