The hitch that I recommend for your 2022 Honda Odyssey is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98855. This is a custom-fit Class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It features a matte black powder coat finish that protects from corrosion and helps to hide dirt and dings better than a glossy finish. It has a max gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs, tongue weight of 525 lbs, and is compatible with weight distribution. This hitch is made in the USA.
Since you will be towing you will also need wiring. The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118781 is the most reliable option. This wiring harness plugs into existing wiring and provides you with a 4-way connection to power your trailer's signal lights.
For a ball mount, check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, 2 different mounts, and a ball mount bag to store everything in.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
