How many hours should be planned for removal of original factory hitch, removal and reinstallation of torklift camper tie-downs, and finish installation of the TLC 1211?

The install of the Torklift Trailer Hitch part # TLC1211 is listed as taking 1 hour to install. Torklift camper tie downs normally take an hour or so to install. That includes the tie down install/removal as well.
