High-Low Adapter For SnowSport LT Snow Plow
Question:
I have the LT snowsport plow for my 2018 dodge ram 1500. I plow backwards. The plow weighs about 65 pounds. The mounting frame weighs about 65 pounds. My 2 inch receiver on my truck is too high off of the ground to get the blade to sit firmly on the ground. there is about 1/2 inch of space between the bottom of the blade and the asphalt. Lowering the weight in the tires has not worked. I turned the mounting plate upside down. I still have the gap. Will this 2 inch hitch work with the LT snowsport? Does it have the strength to plow the snow and now break at the weld points?

You should have no issues using the Curt High-Low Adapter # C27KR with your SnowSport LT. This adapter has quite a bit of capacity at 7,500lbs which will be more than enough for your snow plow.
Keep in mind that this product should not be used to tow a trailer.
