Thule OutWay VS Thule Raceway Product Comparison
Question:
Hi, The Thule Raceway seems to have great reviews in magazines but in the Thule website it seems that they now only sell the Outway… The only positive I can see is that the Outway might not get in the way of the rear window wiper… Any tip?

The Thule Raceway has been discontinued which is why it is no longer available from Thule. It's been replaced with the OutWay # TH56BV (sedan, station wagon, or SUV) and Gateway # TH78VR (sedan, hatchback, or van) racks. Depending on the style of your vehicle either of these bike racks are a fantastic choice.
The OutWay easily attaches using 2 rubber-coated straps that let you raise your trunk or hatch without removing it from your vehicle. 2 Padded arms with cradle indentions and padded straps secure bikes by the frame while rubber foot pads adjust to the shape of your trunk and protect vehicle from damage. The arms fold down for compact storage and this rack comes with One-Key System locks and a cable lock to deter theft of the rack and your bikes.
I've attached two review videos below that will go over more specifications of these racks and show you them in use.
