What max insertion depth will this hitch accept? Will it work with this bike rack? 1up-usa

The EcoHitch # 306-X7601 has a full receiver depth of 5 3/4" with a pinhole depth of 2 1/2". A rack that needs a depth of 4 1/2" like your 1UP-USA should work without issue.
