Will the Thule EasyFold XT Platform Bike Rack mount on the front of a 2003 Ford econoline 350 van?

Yes! You can use the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 on the front of your 2003 Ford E-350 Van as long as you have a compatible front hitch and enough bumper clearance. If you need a hitch receiver for the front of your van, the Curt Front Hitch - 2" # 33055 will install close enough to the front bumper to accommodate the EasyFold XT without bumper interference. If you already have a hitch installed, I recommend measuring from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outside face of your bumper. If that measurement is less than 8 inches, you are good to go!
If you have fat bikes with tires between 3 and 4-11/16 inches wide, you need the Fat Bike Straps for Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack - Qty 2 # TH985101 in order to fit the bikes on the rack.
