Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C73DR is the correct fit for your 2021 Lexus RX 450h.
I do recommend installing the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector that will fit most small trailers and can also be used with Auxiliary Lights # C53201. The additional lighting is needed in the event your hitch mounted accessory impairs the view of the tail lights on your Lexus. The Curt Easy Mount Bracket # C58001 will allow you to secure the 4-way to your receiver tube protecting it from dragging and giving you easy access.
