I do have an option to add wiring to your 2015 Nissan NV350, but as this vehicle was never offered in the US market, it will not be plug and play. With that said, you will want the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT. This includes everything you need, so you do not actually need to cut any of the wires on your vehicle. This is a powered unit though, so you will need to run a wire up to the batter, but this is included as well. I included an install video for you to check out as well. It is on a 2016 Mercedes Metris, but the concept will be the exact same for your Nissan NV350.
The Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144 will make mounting the 4 Flat plug a lot easier and cleaner as well, and if you have a hitch installed, the No-Drill Mount # 18140 will further the ease of install when used with the # 18144.
