Troubleshooting Right Turn Signal Not Working After Wiring Installation on 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan
Question:
I installed your wiring for trailer lights on my ‘17 grand caravan and now my right turn signal doesn’t work and trailer lights also don’t work BUT brake lights and hazards still work fine on either side. I’ve moved ground twice to make sure it has good connection and check the fuses under hood that seemed to possibly might effect turn signals and nothing. Any ideas?

I do not know what wiring harness you have so I'll take a best guess since you were looking for Curt products, and assume you have the # C56331. Moving the ground connection was a good choice, it is unfortunate that this did not solve the problem.
The right turn signal and the right stop light are on the same wire, so it probably isn't the wiring harness malfunctioning. Still, It wouldn't hurt to double check the installation. Make sure the connectors are properly seated by unplugging them and plugging them back in.
The other thing you can try is testing with a circuit tester like the # PTW2993. Start by making sure the 4-way is working properly at the back of your vehicle. If it is, the problem is with the wiring on your trailer. Check the trailer ground connection and the wiring for a short.
If it is not working on the vehicle, check the wiring running from the vehicle to the converter box. If everything checks out it is possible that the wiring harness has an issue, but that is not very common for a new installation.
If none of this works feel free to reach out and I will help you troubleshoot further. I have attached some helpful articles on troubleshooting 4-way wiring installation and trailer wiring for your reference.
