The Thule Helium Aero # TH9042PRO holds 2 bikes. There is a 3 bike version though and it is # TH9043PRO. Whether it is the 2-bike version or the 3-bike version, the Helium Aero bike racks are pretty much top of the line across the board for bike racks. Besides its updated design, these racks are also very light weight and come with a plethora of features.

The 2-bike version weighs a mere 19 pounds and the 3-bike weighs just 20 pounds. The aluminum construction is not only light weight but strong and corrosion resistant as well.

The cradles feature anti-sway cages and road dampening technology to help protect the bikes while traveling. This rack also features an integrated cable lock and built-in anti-rattle device. The arms can fold down and the rack tilts down. I have included a link to a video review for you.

If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical mens bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # TH982XT. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have to use these adapters and without them my wifes bike would be at a severe angle and I would not be able to load my sons bike at all. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
