Question:

For a hitch for towing with your 2022 Honda Odyssey Touring, I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98855. This Class III hitch is perfect for towing and has a 2" receiver. It has a maximum gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs and tongue weight of 525 lbs. It features a matte black powder coat finish and is made in the USA.
Since you will be towing you are going to want wiring to power your trailer's signal lights. Since Tekonsha is the most reliable, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118781. This will plug into existing wiring, providing you with a 4-way connection at the rear of your vehicle.
In order to complete your setup you will also need a ball mount. Check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
