There is a really nice option for a wide running board that fits your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500 Crew Cab, which is from Aries:

- Aries RidgeStep Running Boards # AA76ZB

The RidgeStep # AA76ZB are 6-1/2 inches wide, which is amount the widest possible running boards for your '22 Silverado. The only wider is the 7 inch wide DeeZee Rough Step Running Boards # DZ15321A-15340, but I do recommend going with the Aries running boards.

That 1/2 inch can't make up for the strength of the Aries running boards, which have a 500 lb capacity (compared to the 350 lb capacity of the DeeZee).
