Your 2016 Ford Fiesta Automatic Transmission is capable of being flat towed but you will need to follow the steps listed in the manual in your owner's manual. One of those steps includes disconnecting the negative battery cable from your battery. To make this as easy as flipping a switch you can install the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch for Towed Vehicle w/ Supplemental Braking System # RM-766.

To flat tow your Fiesta you'll need a tow bar, base plate, tow bar wiring kit, braking system, and safety cables. I have the following recommendations for you below:

Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000lbs # RM-522. This tow bar features non-binding latches and a large hookup radius to make connecting and disconnecting on any terrain a breeze.

Base Plate: For Non-ST without EcoBoost models you'll need the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-524438-5 and for Non-ST with EcoBoost or ST models you'll need the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-524441-5. These base plates have quick-disconnect attachment points for quick and simple hookup and disconnect as well as removable arms for a nice clean look when not in use.

Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154. This diode Kit allows you to use your Ford Fiesta's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV.

Braking System: Brake Buddy Classic 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39494. You'll get reliable braking with this lightweight, portable system. The actuator unit applies towed car's brakes after receiving signal via internal inertia sensor. Braking power settings let you adjust brake intensity based on your towed car's weight. There is also a charge line kit included to keep your Fiesta's battery charged while you tow.

Safety Cables: RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000lbs # RM-643. The coiled design of these cables will help prevent them from dragging on the ground and being damaged.

You may also require a high/low adapter to keep your tow bar level between your Fiesta and motorhome. This will require some measuring so I've attached our help article below to walk you through the steps of determining the correct rise/drop needed.
