Definitely! For the spare tire on the back of your 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I recommend the Hollywood Racks SR2 2-Bike Carrier - Spare Tire Mount # HRSR2. This rack has a plate that is going to mount behind your wheel using the bolts holding your tire with a receiver tube that will slip right though the pilot hole of your wheel for the rack to mount to.
